By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of this course and immediate access to program materials, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure you are fully committed before completing your purchase.

2. Pause / Cancel Policy

You may request to pause or cancel future access and billing at any time by contacting our support team ([email protected]). This will stop any future charges or live session access but will not result in a refund for any previous payments. If you choose to return in the future, re-enrollment may be required at the current program rate.

3. Course Access

Upon purchase, you will receive access to Modules One to Three, the Private Facebook Group, and other program features as outlined. Additional live sessions and strategy calls are available as part of the program benefits and will be scheduled accordingly.

3. Personal Responsibility

This course is designed to provide educational tools and insights. While many participants see meaningful results, we cannot guarantee any specific financial outcome. Your results depend on your individual efforts, financial situation, and implementation of the strategies.

4. No Individual Coaching Beyond Inclusions

This program includes three one-on-one strategy sessions. Ongoing personal coaching is not included. If additional coaching is desired, we recommend you upgrade to the Way to Wealth program.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources are the property of Way to Wealth and are provided for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

6. Community Guidelines

If you participate in the Private Facebook Group or live sessions, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully. We reserve the right to remove participants from the group or sessions for inappropriate or disruptive behaviour, without refund.
